Healthcare access

Regional Centre & Polyclinic Contact Details

The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) provides cashless outpatient care and referral to empanelled hospitals for Ex-Servicemen, war widows and their dependants, through a nationwide network of polyclinics organised under Regional Centres and Station HQs.

How the network is organised

ECHS operates through Regional Centres, each overseeing a group of local polyclinics. A polyclinic is your first point of contact for outpatient consultation, medicines and referral; the Regional Centre handles administration, membership and escalations.

Who is eligible

  • • Ex-Servicemen and their dependants (as defined under ECHS rules)
  • • War widows and dependent family members
  • • Retired personnel drawing pension, on payment of the prescribed one-time contribution
This directory lists real contact details — OIC name, phone, mobile, email and address — for 764 Regional Centres, Station HQs and Polyclinics across India, searchable by state.

Frequently asked questions

Who is eligible for ECHS?

Ex-Servicemen and their dependants, war widows and dependent family members, and retired personnel drawing pension on payment of the prescribed one-time contribution.

How do I find my nearest ECHS polyclinic?

Search the ECHS directory by state or city — it lists real contact details for Regional Centres, Station HQs and individual Polyclinics, or call the toll-free helpline 1800-114-115.

Who do I contact for state welfare scheme queries?

Your state's Rajya Sainik Board (RSB) is the first point of contact — it coordinates the district-level Zila Sainik Boards. Real RSB addresses and phone numbers for every state are on the full state-by-state guide.

Is ESM Corner an official government service?

No. This is an independent directory compiling publicly available information from the Kendriya Sainik Board guide and official ECHS/RSB sources. Always confirm current details with the relevant authority.
